Catch doesn't hear me.

Catch needs the microphone and speech recognition. Turn them on in the iPhone's Settings app under Privacy & Security → Microphone and → Speech Recognition. You can always type instead: tap + rather than holding it.

A reminder didn't go off.

Check that notifications for Catch are allowed in the iPhone's Settings app, and that Notifications is on in Catch's Settings under Reminders. Reminders for a place also need location access for Catch.

How do I catch a thought without opening the app?

Set the Action button to Catch in the iPhone's Settings app under Action Button, add the Lock Screen mic widget or the Control Center control, or say "Catch a thought in Catch" to Siri.

Why can't I add more to Now?

Now holds three things by default so today stays doable. Change the limit (1 to 5) in Catch's Settings under Today.

Where is my data?

Only on your iPhone. Catch has no account and no server. The privacy policy has the details.
